Working methods

For me, psychotherapy is a meeting of two, equal people, consequently therapist – patient the relationship is crucial for me. In my work I pay a lot of attention to create a safe space in which the patient feels accepted and respected. I try to accompany my patients in the therapeutic process, support it and appreciate the effort required to participate in the therapy. I enrich my work in the cognitive-behavioral approach, which is close to me due to the fact that the methods used are based on scientific evidence, using the so-called The third wave of cognitive-behavioral therapy, especially Dialectic-Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness.
